Manager was pretty rude because me and my 6-year-old son showed up 5 minutes late for our appointments she decided that we didn't get our full treatment no shampoo no neck message I mean isn't that the point of this place I've been to many knockout locations really enjoy myself Nice atmosphere nice people not this one so I think I'll just continue to take my business back over to 7th Street where they're always nice and cheerful kind and fun

BY FAR one of the best haircuts my husband ever had. Our barber Rachel was very professional and also friendly at the same time. She did an excellent job on his beard trim as well and even talked him into waxing his eyebrows!! Wow! He looked like a whole new man when we left (not literally) but he really did look great! We will be coming back to Rachel at the Fossil Creek location for as long as she will have us. Thank you for such a positive experience for our first time at Knockouts. You rock!

It was my third time at Knockouts and since my first time, I never wanted to change places for my hair and beard, they are all fantastic, today I had my haircut with Rachel and she was super attentive, especially since it was my birthday!!

Mckinsey is literally the best! She has cut my son’s hair several times now! She does a job on my son’s mullet! She’s the mullet queen! She listens to every detail and gets it right EVERY time! She’s very creative and so kind!

Good haircut for a good price. The stylists are always very friendly and don't waste your time. Also have barbers on staff!

Walked in looking like a “before” picture, walked out feeling like a brand-new person. Cat somehow knew exactly what I wanted, even though I explained it terribly. She’s a wizard with scissors, and on top of that, we had such a great conversation that the time flew by. If you need a stylist who makes you look good and feel even better, go see Cat. Just be prepared to admire yourself in every reflective surface afterward!

Fantastic haircut! Skylar was amazing, friendly, and listened closely to what I wanted out of my haircut and beard trim. I've run the gamut with haircuts ranging from under $5 on post to over $150 before special events, and this is probably the best haircut I've ever had. 10/10 would recommend. She has an amazing attention to detail and her work has garnered me many compliments at work.
